  • Bianca Williams
    Receptionist

Bianca joined the team in early 2017 and has become our new smiling face behind the counter. She has always had a big love for animals, and still gets very excited over every puppy and kitten that walks through the door! As head receptionist, she is involved in answering all of your general inquiries about your pets and livestock and organizing appointments.

Outside of work Bianca spends most of her time with her two children, London and Memphis, her two cats, Panda and Jessie, and her beloved dog, Chevie. She is also our token short-term foster mum when orphaned baby animals and strays are dropped in!
